We are a member firm of Geneva Group International (GGI), an established international alliance of independent professional firms that provide audit, tax, legal and advisory services. The Geneva Group is a member of the European Group of International Accounting Networks and Associations (EGIAN), and the Association of International Law Firm Networks (AILFN).

The alliance also encompasses two international professional networks – the Geneva Capital Group and the Geneva Consulting Group. The Geneva Capital Group focuses upon M&A (mergers and acquisitions), corporate finance, strategy and international expansion matters whereas firms in the Geneva Consulting Group offer their clients advice on local regulations, compliance and go-to-market strategies.

Established in Switzerland in the year 1995, GGI has grown over the years to embody over 580 member firms based in more than 120 countries across the globe. A common mission to provide top quality service binds GGI and its member firms globally. Integrity, competence, independence, respect and passion are the key philosophies of GGI that unites it with its member firms. BLS was invited to join GGI as an independent member in the year 2001, and was endowed with the “10-Year GGI Membership” award in 2013. At the heart of the alliance is the drive to excel, with the results to back it up. GGI has been ranked as the second largest international multidisciplinary alliance and association in the world as of 2022 (as per Accountancy Age’s rankings).

The group has periodic peer review procedures for evaluating the independence, reputation and professional working procedures of its member firms. Continuous professional education is provided through training seminars and the GGI Intranet, known as the ‘Geneva Link’. The group is currently working upon setting up a virtual management institution with affiliation to internationally recognised universities to facilitate the training and development of aspiring professionals.

The organisation also has an information and press portal called the ‘GGI Forum’, where one can find further news, interviews and press articles written by professionals pertaining to their relevant field of practice.
